Flu/Pneumo Vaccination Workshop for HCAs 
Course date: 15th July 2010 Duration and Start time: 0915 Registration, workshop times 0930-1630 Location: Devizes Sports Club, Devises, Wiltshire Course description: Full day workshop for HCAs who wish to learn to vaccinate (this also underpins future workshops for the administration of other suitable injections) to provide enough time for clinic practice before the flu season commences. HCAs must be accompanied by a nurse who will assess their competencies in their own surgery. Course of interest to: All HCAs in possession of or working towards NVQL3 in Health & Social Care. Applications will be considered from HCAs without an NVQ.
